Zee toys was a U.S. based toy manufacturer based in California.  They produced several lines of diecast cars in the 1970's and 1980's under a couple of different brand names.  I've only raced 4 different Zee Toys cars (ones that looked to have a metal base and/or were seen as fast in a YouTube channel), under the Windracers and Pacesetters lines.  The wheels don't free up very well, even with graphite.  Overall, I don't have much confidence that there is much speed here.

Zee toys.  The Chevrolet Corvette (Windraces line) at 37 grams was a 1-Star car (time was 2.588 seconds) and the Lincoln Continental Mark IV (Pacesetters) was competitive.
