fastest pixar cars
Mattel has produced cars from the Disney-Pixar franchise Cars since 2006. These cars are typically larger than mainline Hot Wheels and are targeted at younger children, but they are fun to race.
I have about 30 of these cars, so this is certainly not a comprehensive assessment. I have my top performers listed below. I have a better sense now for what cars and wheel types might be fastest, but would appreciate any feedback on other fast Pixar cars.
Note that given the larger size, many of these cars won't fit on a standard orange track. In the table below, I list which of my fastest ones fit on the orange track.

My top 6 Pixar cars. The 4-Star Khy Pillar-Durey. Followed by Sterling with Headset, Keith Kone, NASCAR Lightning McQueen , Nigel Gearsley and the latest entry, Claire Gunz'er. The latter five are 3-star cars. Only the Sterling and Claire cars fit on an orange track.

Top Pixar Cars
Overall my preliminary assessment is that there is some speed here, but I'm not seeing or expecting any elite speed. But I'll keep looking for more. The Khy Pillar-Durey was an impressive 4-Star car.
